A beautiful venue and the owner Mariah could not possibly be more accommodating and friendly! Sisters wedding went off without a hitch! Definitely recommend!

Today Is my second Monthly Self Care Day, and I can’t recommend the experience enough. Each time, I leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and truly cared for. This time, I had the opportunity to create a sugar scrub, blending real lavender and charcoal powder with lavender and vanilla essential oils. The scent is absolutely divine, and the coconut oil added at the end gives it the perfect smooth finish. Just like the Epsom salt soak I made during my first visit, the scrub is generously portioned and lasts for multiple uses. I also created a gorgeous bouquet at the flower bar, which turned out beautifully. What I love most about these events is the atmosphere. Starting with a relaxing coloring or painting activity sets the perfect tone as everyone settles in. The soft music, calming energy, and thoughtfully curated activities make the space feel warm and welcoming. On top of that, the presentation of the food and mocktails is not only stunning but also delicious. Although I haven’t tried the facials or massages yet, they’re definitely on my list for future visits. I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Mariah, the wonderful host. Her kindness, warmth, and positive energy set the tone for the entire event, making everyone feel right at home. Monthly Self Care Days are truly a one-of-a-kind experience. If you haven’t attended yet, I highly encourage you to make time for it!You’ll leave feeling renewed, pampered, and uplifted.

We had an absolute amazing experience at The Moderne Loft for our reception! We feel we had everything we needed from the planning, the main space, the dance floor, being able to use the decorations stored there and the beautiful view from outside etc! Truly our reception was perfect and I would highly recommend it!

Held a bridal shower for my best friend March 23rd at the Moderne Loft! As soon as I walked into the space for a tour I fell in love! It is absolutely beautiful! The event came to life just as i envisioned. Mariah is a wonderful person to work with, she is accommodating, helpful and easy to talk with. I will 100% recommend this space to anyone wanting to have a small gathering in an elegant and inviting space! Thank you Mariah!

This is a perfect space for small events for up to 40 people or parties maybe up to 100. There are 2 rooms and 2 opens spaces, a nice kitchenette area with an island, and nice open windows. I would recommend anyone who utilizes this space that there is only street parking, no private parking. I had to walk a block up, in the rain up to the event space. Other than minor detail, it’s perfect. I may utilize this space myself!
