Steven O. from Plumbing Authority was excellent to work with. He was timely, thorough, and clearly very knowledgeable. What I appreciated most was that he never felt pushy — he carefully explained what he observed, laid out several options, and then gave me the space to think and decide without pressure. He takes the time to explain issues in depth so you truly understand what’s going on, which brings a lot of peace of mind. Steven represents the company extremely well and made me feel confident I was dealing with an honest, trustworthy team. Jake Newman text before arriving, was on time, and he offered two solutions providing the possible outcome of each. He wasn't pushy, and he was easy to communicate with. I don't feel like the price was the lowest, but it also wasn't ridiculous. I appreciated the quick turnaround time, and I would use this company again based on the service Jake provided. Thank you!

I was having an issue with our tankless water heater that The Plumbing Authority installed in 2019. The water was getting hot then cool then hot then cool. No fun! I called and spoke to their AI appointment manager. You would think this was annoying but it was not. I was truly impressed with the question and response session as I made my appointment. I called early on a Monday and they were able to get me in the 8-12 time frame. A little while later the service representative reached out to see if it was okay for him to arrive in 20 minutes and I said yes. He arrived at my frond door and introduced himself and put on his shoe covers. His name was Jake N. I showed him the Water heater and explained the issue. He told me what he thought it could be then checked it out. He said he couldn’t be certain but he was fairly sure it was switch that keeps the water from being too hot. Sometimes it gets stuck in the open position. He also suggested we get a filter that removes some of the hard minerals from the water and makes the tank last longer. I saw the complete estimate and agreed to the work. Then Jake fixed everything and he did a great job! Afterwards he explained that the switch had broken into pieces so we’re pretty sure that was the issue! He also showed me before and after pictures of the filter installation. He was so polite and explained things in a way that were easy to understand. I thought the costs were reasonable. I decided to become Plumbing Authority Club member. I won’t spoil the surprise but I thought it was a great deal! Great experience, you should give them a call. Thank you Jake you represent your company well. Hey maybe ask for Jake!!

From the office to the work, this company is top tier. Nancy and Audra are kind and accommodating. After explaining my situation, Chase recommended a “comfort height” toilet for my husband who is over 6 feet tall with severe at times, back pain. I was a little hesitant at first as it is elongated and I have a smaller bathroom space. I am pleasantly surprised as it doesn’t noticeably take up any more space than our last commode. His recommendation was on point and my husband is thrilled with his throne. Chase was professional, he cleaned up his work area, and made sure I was satisfied with the work upon finishing. Thank you, Plumbing Authority for your 6 star service, start to finish. You get what you pay for, and I am happy to pay for outstanding service and products.

The folks at Plumbing Authority were quick, thorough, friendly, and professional when replacing our sewage and water lines. Ray and Josh were great about communicating with me throughout the process (we had to sacrifice a few raspberry bushes and disassemble the fence to get the excavator in). Work like this isn’t cheap, but it comes with peace of mind that it’s been done very well, to code, and won’t need to be done again for a very long time.
