Went here after I got my first sugar wax Brazilian and was slightly traumatized and scared. Sophie J was absolutely amazing and honestly the sweetest. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that it wouldn’t hurt as bad, she was correct. Wax was super quick and smooth and she’s great to talk to. I will be coming back!!!!

Very disappointed with the service. I got a Brazilian less than two weeks ago and experienced irritation immediately afterward, which tells me the wax used wasn’t good. On top of that, some hair started growing back as if I had shaved instead of waxed. I called to ask if a touch-up was possible, and the person who answered the phone was rude and told me it would be a full charge for another full Brazilian—just for a few spots with regrowth after only a week and a half. That has never happened to me after a proper wax before.

I booked an appointment for "Brow Design" and upper lip wax the week of my wedding. The first thing I said during my appointment is that I am nervous because I have had a bad experience with eyebrow waxing in the past, and with my wedding coming up very soon I want to make sure that it turns out well. My fears were pretty much brushed aside, and when I asked if I could see the outline of where she was going to remove hair I was told that "we don't do that here." This is confusing to me since the name of the service implies a 'design' element. Fortunately, the end result of my brow wax came out well, but I was riddled with anxiety when she added the wax without so much as letting me glance with a mirror at where she was removing hair. It also seemed like the appointment was rushed, or maybe they double book their appointments. The technician didn't spare any extra time soothing the skin. The 2 services I booked were supposed to take approximately 20 minutes, but the technician finished both in about 8 minutes. There were missed spots on my lip when I left as well.

Quick and easy booking online, technician seemed good, but my ingrown and regrowth was within two days! Not sure if that’s on me, since I usually wax my own underarms, I waited a good amount of time, but something was awry. I just prefer sugaring instead of waxing. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Price was right.

I went here for over 2 years and always had a great experience! These ladies know what they are doing. I moved and miss my wax gals! If you're in the area, you're lucky. Try them out. You won't be disappointed! I haven't found another place that uses the same method.
