I used to love shopping here, but after my recent experience, I refuse to return. The selection is still great, but the manager, Maria, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Her customer service skills are severely lacking, and she made me feel very unwelcome. It’s disappointing when one person can ruin the entire shopping experience. Avoid if you can!

I LOVE the Red Collection! There are two locations and the inventory us constantly changing so you never know what you will find! The stores are basiclly high end consignment shops so the prices are great ans it doesn't sell right away, the price drops each month! Not only do I buy things there, but I sell as well. These two stores are on the top of my list for furniture and home decor!

While this store may be a nice place to shop, it is not so nice to consign with. I tried to consign some antique blue ball jars and some antique cabbage/meat choppers and the manager all but looked down her nose at me and she even called the jars “bottles”. This is not the first time she has refused to accept items from me. The items were not dirty or anything, they were very clean. No rust or anything. I will never try to consign there again and her attitude makes me not want to shop there at all.

This is a consignment shop with lots to look at. Items range from high priced to cheap. There is a certain thrill in the hunt for a bargain. Some truly unique items can be found here. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is laid out nice and easy to navigate

I love it! When we moved into our new home, we looked for some stylish antique furniture. We found absolutely everything we wanted in the two Red Collection Greensboro units. Sometimes there are lots of interesting things, other times nothing significant. It depends on taste and of course, on each person’s needs. I visit the store at least once a month.
