They were honest from the beginning, Martin and Felipe were always available to answer all of our questions and overall, they figured out the problem and fixed it in a minimum time, considering that they are very busy, now everything works just like I expected. Thank you guys!.
The rv repair guy did a fantastic job on my van. They are more knowlegable than anyone else in the area and have great rates
Did they switch management? Because my experience has not been of pleasure. 4 WEEKS this coming Tuesday. That i dropped off my RV for generator problem. 2 weeks after I dropped it off they dod the evaluation. A week later they let me know it was the mother board. They ordered it. It's been a week since then I don't have information and those guys not even a (hi. We are having problems with shipment or whatever) NEVER AGAIN. They sure have the knowledge. But not the professionalism.
My goodness, where do I begin? I selected this repair shop randomly & I'm truly disappointed with how things turned out for me. My RV was at the shop almost a month ago the only thing that was fixed reattaching the underbelly. The supplies took forever to arrive and someone stole my RV right off the lot, a day before we were suppose to pick it up. I’m still seeking an understanding of the things associated with the theft. The owner never called me when the incident occurred, I had to reach out to him several times & he was angry overall. Not sympathetic & it was my RV that was stolen. I was overcharged on numerous occasions and still haven't spoken to the owner about liability after I was told by the police that another RV was stolen two weeks before mine. Yet, the guy tried to deny it when I told him about another reported theft that I was never told about from the same business. I could've taken my RV home until the parts arrived. How? Why? The automatic gate system makes it almost impossible to steal anything with surveillance cameras around the entire place. Plus, was told the chain on the gate was cut & after I arrived up to an hour later at the location and patiently waited for the police, the gate closed without any issues. We are still waiting for the owner to call me, who's really turned his back on the consumer. The worst experience, EVER!
Martin and his team have been amazing! I bought a converted camper van back in the in fall, and after a few weeks, everything stopped working: the electrical unit, the water in the sink, something was leaking, etc. I didn't know where to turn. All the camper conversion companies I called were booked out months, if not years, because of the pandemic (everyone wants a camper these days!). Martin was able to fit me in and WOW - I really hit the jackpot with him. Turns out, whoever had built my van had no electrical training and likely just learned about electricity in a few youtube videos. It was a huge fire hazard and pretty dangerous. And on top of it, it didn't work. Martin was able to rewire everything and ground the electricity. This guy knows what he's talking about and knows what he's doing. It's been almost 8 months now, and I have had no trouble at all with the electricity. I use my camper van for my business and I needed a way to stay cool inside of it during the hot summer. Once again, Martin went above and beyond - researching all the various ways I could get AC into the camper. In the end, the solution was brilliant. He was able to install an AC in such a way that it barely takes up any space, looks clean, and works great. AND - on top of it all - it works on solar! So it's eco-friendly. Long and short of it: If you need something for your camper or RV and are willing to be a little patient (remember that because of the pandemic, all the RV places are slammed!), Martin and his team are phenomenal. Highly recommend!!
