Easily 5 Stars! No need to call 50 other glass repair companies like I did. They may seem a bit busy when you call but that’s because they’re SO good and offer the lowest rates. Nelson was super helpful and informative. They fixed my window fast and it came with a warranty at no additional cost. I 1,000% recommend! I hope my car never gets broken into again but I know exactly who to call if for any reason it should.

I wanted to let customers know that I had a great experience with Mike's Auto Glass in Los Angeles. They gave me an appointment to do a sunroof glass replacement on the same day I called them. I was there within 2 hours. They work very fast and are very efficient. Nelson, who assisted me, is very kind and friendly. You feel very comfortable at this place. They also repaired my driver's side window at the same time they repaired the sunroof glass. A win win. I highly suggest Mike's Auto Glass. Nelson, and his team will take very good care of you.

Called right before closing to see if they could repair a smashed windshield that same day. They showed up in two hours and fixed it in one hour. Forever grateful for these guys! Thank you Mike’s auto glass!

Nelson made the experience so easy. In 10 years, my windshield has never had a crack. The first one cracked across the driver side. For transparency, I found this place while trying to find another repair place. I told Nelson I could come back another day since I didn't call ahead. He said they could replace it the same day in less than 2 hours. The facility and waiting area are very clean, and you can watch your car being worked on. A variety of vehicles were being serviced, even a large semi truck. You can catch a bite at the taco place that's in the same lot. Nelson gave me a quote for tinting and fixing up a window, and pricing was so fair. I'll be back for those services soon. Solo young lady approved.

Mike's Auto Glass offered excellent service! From the moment I called early in the morning, I received detailed and informative assistance. The turnaround time to change the window was impressive, and they meticulously ensured all the shattered glass was vacuumed out behind the door panel. Plus, they have a waiting area and coffee. Highly recommend!
