I’ve been a loyal customer since 2022, ordering flowers from them regularly for both personal and business use, sometimes multiple times a month. Their bouquets have always been beautiful, and I’ve recommended them to many people over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The bouquet I received began wilting within a day and had brown spots all over the petals. When I reached out to express my concerns, I was told to simply remove the dead flowers and petals, which isn’t something anyone should have to do with a fresh arrangement. When I mentioned it was clearly a quality issue, I was only offered free delivery on my next order because my message came slightly past their 24-hour window (which fell over the weekend). After I shared my final response, I was left on seen, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s upsetting to see such a lack of care toward a loyal, repeat customer. I truly loved their work, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, somewhere that values long-term customers and stands by the quality of their products. Clarification: The flowers were actually picked up on Saturday around 10 a.m., and I reached out on Sunday. Although they were a gift, I was the one who recommended the shop, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I regularly purchase fresh flowers, and having to deal with wilted and brown-spotted blooms within a day of receiving them is unacceptable. Also, the person who picked up the flowers was in Tennessee the night before, so it’s concerning to see the story being changed to deflect responsibility.
