The gals that helped me were so friendly and patient and realized I was very stressed. They made everything easier and gave me good shipping advice that I wouldn’t have thought of! I was very thankful!

I just picked up programs for my event and they look horrible and I was told the managers did it! 😭 borders were all cut up in crazy ways and folded all crooked. I wish I didn’t pay for them but we didn’t have time to reprint. Avoid if possible. I am glad I did not pay for premium paper!!

This location has the best, most efficient staff of any UPS or competitor location. They always greet me, regardless of if there are others in there. They are very friendly, approachable, helpful, and grateful for my business. It's a challenging location, but I always manage to get lucky with parking, and am greeted with smiles and assistance.

Great customer service every time I go in. I do not know her name i just have her employee number from a receipt it is 331340 held the door open for me when I got stuck leaving with my child in the stroller. Everytime I've gone I've mostly dealt with her and her customer service is amazing. All the employees are helpful knowledgeable and friendly. Love this location
