The entire team is great here every time ! Great Atmosphere, kind , courteous, efficient. Above and beyond service everytime I come to this location atleast once a week .Donte, Jasie, Darien these guys are phenomenal as a USAF veteran , former firefighter and EMT these guys are exceptional. Now as a Project Manager I wish I had 10x more guys like them !

These three young men were doing an awesome job. They were running the store like pros. The communication amongst the staff was on point and silent. They were so much on the same page, they did not have to even tell each other anything about who has or has not been helped. The flow was smooth and the vibe was awesome. While I waited on my fax I just stood back and watched them, all I could do was smile. Great service! Keep up the good work!!!!!

Customer service from the owner of the store is terrible. There’s a difference between being assertive and aggressive, which is how I perceive him every time I use this location. I had a return with 2 labels from Zappo but it turned out to be the same return label for both items. He was barking at me if I got one or two return labels while reprimanding his trainee to not scan the labels I showed him. He told me both items couldn’t be returned in the same box which ended up not true. The positive thing was that I didn’t have to pay for the mailing supply I used to send the second box (since everything went into the original box I brought). I don’t feel welcome at this store when the owner is there, comes across as being impatient and short. Just happened to be on my way home and a convenient stop. Will go somewhere else next time.

Honestly, I gave it a 10 because as soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly and respectful, greeting me right away. The young lady who helped me was not only kind but also assisted me with packing my shipment. She was truly wonderful professional and pleasant. This isn't the first time I've visited this store, and I won't hesitate to come back whenever I need to, because I truly trust ups

I've been using this UPS store for about two years, and I’ve always had a great experience. I believe I saw the manager or owner there once because they had a very commanding presence and were on top of everything, but on all other visits, whether a Manager is present or not my experience has not changed, its ALWAYS top notch! That speaks volumes. Whenever I walk in, no matter how busy everyone is, I am always greeted. This makes me feel seen and like I wont be forgotten in the crowd. The staff members seem to be highly attentive and aware at all times, making sure the customers are taken care of. I have ONLY encountered polite and prompt professionalism at this store. Whether it’s due to effective training or the positive example set by leadership, this store operates like a well-oiled machine! I wish more places operated the same. A simple acknowledgment and attentiveness go a long way.
