The 3 locations I have visited are all a good place to get food and treats that your fur friends want like primal and green juju, brands that are harder to find in the warehouse stores. And the people who work there are wonderful. ♥️

I’m a part of their $20 a year membership program. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. I can honestly say they have some of the worst customer service of any pet store I’ve been to . Unfortunately, I live around the block, but I’m starting to use online more and more. As much as I’d like to support a small business and a local business, they also have to do their part to keep my loyalty. Don’t tolerate rudeness. Also they claim to have a fair return policy, but I returned two items today and I ended up losing money. see my receipt in the photos. beware of their return policy. You will end up losing money
