This HVAC company truly went above and beyond. Their prices were exceptional, their service was outstanding, and they worked hard to make sure we had heat when we needed it most. Very good, honest people who are transparent with pricing and take pride in their work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.

I had an issue I needed an HVAC expert to look into for me and within a day, Jovany was out to have a look. They were so communicative with regards to scheduling, arrival time and took the time to educate me about the system in the house I had just moved into. These guys provide a level of customer service that you don’t see very often these days, but wish there was more of. That doesn’t even take into account the amount of expertise they have, the knowledge they are willing to share, and knowing when they need to leverage a partner. I’m honored they had time to sneak me in and they have a life long customer and referral partner. You guys have built a great business!

I can’t say enough good things about Third Coast Heating and Cooling! I recently had an issue with my boiler system, and from the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Jovany, the technician who came out—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in diagnosing and fixing the problem. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the system was going to be up and running as soon as possible. What stands out even more is that Third Coast seems to be one of the few remaining family-owned (brother-operated) companies in the area. In a world dominated by big corporate HVAC giants, their personalized approach feels refreshing and trustworthy. This service call exemplified elite training standards and customer care that the large “big box” operations could learn a lot from—honest, efficient, just top-notch work focused on getting it right the first time.

Honestly, I don’t know if there’s enough room to write everything that I would want to say. My heat went out in my father‘s house which is a duplex I own. He’s 86 years old at the coldest time of the year November. I made a call to Giovani. He went out of his way the day after Thanksgiving to get to my house that morning early 8 am when he was out of town for the Thanksgiving holiday. He got the heat running just enough. Before they could come on Sunday morning to put in a new furnace yes a Sunday after a big 11 inch snowstorm on Saturday Jim came out. He was absolutely wonderful as well. Had to plow himself out of his own driveway To get to my Bayview house I am so thankful for the care and compassion and going above and beyond for me not only do I give these guys a five star, but I would recommend them to anyone. In today’s world, top notch, service, and people going out of their way doesn’t happen anymore. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond for me and for my father I hope everybody has a merry Christmas. Be blessed because I know we sure were. Tammy LaVora

I used Third Coast Heating and Cooling back in August when the flooding in Milwaukee occurred. I cannot not say enough good things about this company and the team. Sam was extremely responsive when I initially inquired and got someone out very efficiently to look at my A/C and furnace. I ended up working with Joel Rosa and Jim Kelly for the assessment and installation. From start to finish, both were very responsive in addressing my questions and professional. Additionally, they provided timely updates and the work performed was superb. If you are looking for a trusting/reasonable/high quality company, please look no further! I will be using them in the future for any other needs. Thanks again for all your hard work and dedication, it shows and is appreciated :)
