James was polite, professional, friendly, listened to our concerns, and made good suggestions and recommendations. He completed the work quickly, efficiently, worked above and beyond in freezing, blustery outside conditions with a positive, upbeat manner and made sure everything worked and was as we requested. 5 stars is not enough. The level of communication, responsiveness and quality of work has been exceptional. There was even a mix up on where to locate all of our deck lights and 9 out of 10 companies would have pointed the finger at me and said you weren't clear enough with your instructions - not these guys. The owner himself came out the next day, stayed late on a Friday afternoon and made sure everything was just right. Who does that nowadays? If every company was like them the world we be a much better place. Cant recommend highly enough!

I've taken too long to get this review out. I live in the West Allis area and finding an electrician after the natural disaster in the area was a challenge. Mr. Sparky was able to get somebody out quickly. Mario was our main point of contact and he quoted/explained everything in an efficient manner. They were able to get us on the books quickly and I thought the quote was fair. All of the guys that came out to help were great- Jim, Josh and I know I'm forgetting a name since I took too long to write a review. Thanks for getting us up and running so quickly during an extremely difficult time for us. We'll be reaching back out with any further electrical needs and will recommend you to anybody else that needs help!

We had a fantastic experience with Jim getting us setup with a Tesla EV charger installed at our home. Great communication from start to finish. He was fast to get us a fair quote and scheduled for installation the following week. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Everything just worked great once he completed the job.
