This place is currently cash onky for purchases, all the better used goods are locked up, or behind the coumter. You have to ask to look at the better used items.
The Austin Found
My favorite thrift store I've been going there almost daily for 10 years. Only thing I don't like is the gray haired lady at the counter who goes out of her way to be extremely rude to everyone everyday consistently, if not for her would of given 5 stars.

I've been twice and they don't make me feel too welcomed in there. They have decent things and some priced low and some priced new at Walmart.

I wouldn’t give this place a star if I didn’t have to to rate it. Not only are their prices high, but the staff was extremely rude. My 2.5 year old is deaf/hard of hearing and has a Baha to navigate the world. She took her hearing aid off in the store and my husband put it in a cart that wasn’t ours (his mistake, he thought it was ours). At any rate, when I went back into the store to find it, I asked a lady who was stocking shelves if she could help. Either she didn’t understand me or she blew me off. I tried backtracking to find her hearing aid but couldn’t find it and everything in the store is a bit messy and disorganized. I then went to the front to ask for help and see if they could make an announcement for me. When I explained the situation to the lady, she blew me off and told me to go check the carts. I told her it was an expensive hearing aid that my daughter needs to hear and she said I’d have to check the carts. I was frantic at this point as these hearing aids are not cheap. I said “we just spent $60 here and this is a $12,000 hearing aid, can you please make an announcement so that people can look for it?” She then responds “not with that attitude I can’t.” She then forces me to take a breath before deigning to help me all the while reprimanding me for my attitude after she initially refused to help me. She finally made the announcement for me and I continued to check the carts at the front for the hearing aid. Thankfully, someone did find it in their cart. Needless to say, we will not be going back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Picture of my daughter’s hearing aid for reference.
