Was recently shopping there on Tuesday 04/14/2026 and had the most horrible experience! I go to this thrift store at least once a month. When there on my previous visit, the nice young lady who checked me out forgot to take off one of the metal detector tags. This has happened before especially when buying lots of clothing. When leaving after paying for ALL of the items that the cashier rung up, the metal detector goes off. I double check my bags to make sure it’s not just going off by mistake which it has done to other people and myself at times before. Another lady who I am assuming is the manager (Mid age hispanic/latin lady, long curly dark hair and wears glasses) checks the bag and sees it’s a pair of shorts with the metal detector on. She then asks the cashier who rung me up if I paid for them, the cashier confirms I did. Assuming unsatisfied with something, proceeds to pull all of the items that I brought out of the bag and compares it to my receipt. All items match up with my receipt, however this lady still proceeds to call over the cashier who checked me out now making her uncomfortable too. She then proceeds to start to check the tag on each item, pulls out 4 items and speaks to the cashier in Spanish the whole time. Then I am told I have to receive a refund because those items her manager pulled out of my bags “had the wrong tag on them”. The manager lady also kept repeating, which were the only words she said in English “Check the cameras” as if referring to someone stealing. Definitely did not deserve that type of treatment when shopping especially being a recurring shopper.

The prices are reasonable, and if they're genuine brands, buying name-brand items is worthwhile.

Their PRICES are MORE than retail! NOT A GOOD THRIFT STORE

Prices are outrageous on heavily used, stained and smelly items
