Mitchell and the Thrive team were incredibly helpful with our first home purchase. We live out of state so to have someone as responsive and knowledgable as Mitchell, made this home buying process much smoother then we expected. He was more than willing to go home to home to send us videos so we could determine which homes may be a fit before we made trips to Colorado for viewings. His advice on certain properties, based on our requirements and preferences, made us feel that he truly had our best interests in mind. This was also a quick close so his attention to detail and constant communication were as much as you could ask for.
