Taylor helped my wife and me sell our mountain home in Summit County and purchase a new home in Lafayette, Colorado. Selling the mountain home came with plenty of challenges due to the buyer’s agent, but Taylor handled everything with incredible professionalism and calm. He kept us informed, never got flustered, and ultimately got the home sold. On the buying side, we were all over the place on what we wanted. Taylor was patient, flexible, and always willing to show us anything and everything. He supported our changing ideas without pressure and made the process enjoyable. When we decided on a new build, he guided us through the entire purchase with great communication and attention to detail. Taylor has been an outstanding realtor and a genuine friend. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Colorado!

Taylor is lovely to work with! He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easygoing. We are now first time home owners and Taylor answered our many, many questions and was always happy to help us navigate the complexities. He was willing to see a gauntlet of homes with us as we tried to narrow down on what we wanted and was incredibly patient with us throughout. His expertise was also vital to navigating contracting on the house and inspection resolution. Highly recommended!

I’ve been buying and selling real estate for almost 15 years and found Taylor to be very knowledgeable, reliable, professional, and most importantly, effective. He assisted us with a contingent purchase as out-of-town buyers, helping us to find just the right neighborhood for our family, and worked with the selling agent to find the right terms that ultimately saw our contingent offer go through. His communication was effective and prompt throughout the process, and he always followed through even after the transaction was completed. I’d definitely recommend him if you need a realtor in Denver Metro.

We worked with Taylor as our real estate agent and were incredibly impressed. Taylor's knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills made the home-buying process smooth and stress-free. He was so kind and positive, was always happy to step in and provide guidance and advice, but also really took the time to get to know us and what we wanted to find in a home. Taylor worked with us on a very tight timeline with added contingencies, helping us remain realistic while going out of his way to help everything come together beautifully. We highly recommend Taylor to anyone needing a top-notch real estate agent and brokerage. Thank you for helping us find our dream home!
