Was able to get an appointment same day and this place was the cheapest I could find after calling probably 15 shops. Super fast super friendly with a good warranty. Bri was very helpful explaining everything to me as well. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and will come back here if I ever need to.
1k deductible through insurance through Safelite. “Absolutely not” I said. $800 with Safelite. Cash. “Still, no.” Was quoted from another local business cash $775..”yikes Is this actually how much it’s going to cost to replace a window cracked from a rock on the highway, seriously?” NOT WITH TIGRIS All in all was quoted $400 cash to replace the window with the calibration. Absolutely, yes 100% I will come the next business day. I recommend them because they aren’t here to rip off their customers. Best price hands down in town. All in all it only cost me $400 dollars and an hour of my time in their lobby.
I had a break-in to my car and needed the window replaced as quickly as possible, got an appointment the next day (could’ve been the same day I just didn’t have the funds lol). They fixed it under an hour and took me in earlier than my appointment. They cleaned up all the glass from the incident and even temporarily fixed another window in my car and gave me next steps to fix it. I will recommend to ANYONE because they were the cheapest out of the search I did, prompt, friendly and personable.
They had the best pricing and they were able to get me in right away on a Friday afternoon. The front desk person is really nice. I had a window broken into but they even helped take care of most of the cleanup which I didn't expect. Would definitely recommend.
1 Star – Furious and Extremely Disappointed This place straight-up ignored what I asked for and now expects me to just deal with it. I came in to replace my windshield and specifically said, “no blue tint strip”—I was crystal clear. The lady there told me it would be taken care of and matched to what I already had. I even had an aftermarket windshield before without that ugly strip, so I know it was possible. Instead, they installed a windshield with a big, ugly blue band across the top, and acted like it’s not a big deal. When I called to complain, they told me I’d have to come in just to speak to the owner—like seriously? No way to call him? That’s shady as hell. So I go in person, and the owner tells me “this is all we have.” No apology, no accountability, no effort to make it right. Just pure dismissiveness. Now I’m stuck with something I didn’t want, and I feel like they just brushed me off like I don’t matter. If you care about your car or being respected as a paying customer, avoid this place. They don’t listen, don’t deliver what they promise, and don’t care if you’re unhappy. This isn’t just bad service—it’s disrespectful. Attached is a picture of my before aftermarket windshield and my new windshield. Ridiculous.
