Service provided was good. My issue was about the length of time it took to complete my oil change. I dropped off my car by 8 am (and didn't wait for it in person) and ASSUMED (that's on me) it would take no longer than a couple hours to complete. When I hadn't heard anything after 4 hours, I called to find out if my car was done yet. I was told my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I took that as meaning they would start changing my oil then as they realized I was neededing/wanting it as soon as possible since I was calling about it. I think I would rate the service a lot higher if there was better communication (especially about how long it would take to have my oil changed) and especially since it was my first time there.
