Great shop. Mark rebuilt my sons car after a bad accident. Because the air bags went off, GEICO totaled it, but Mark was able to rebuild it, and did it right under budget. Also, he's a great guy. After a few conversations you think you are talking to an old friend. If you need repair work on you car, stop here first.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommended! I had an alignment done on my F-250 at Mizelle’s & Ray’s Collision Center in Norfolk, VA, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly pleasant and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their work was extremely professional, accurate, and completed in a timely manner. The shop is easy to access with plenty of customer parking, and their waiting lobby is clean and comfortable — a huge plus while your vehicle is being serviced. Pricing was very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they deliver. I’m 100% satisfied with the service I received and will absolutely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience with Mizelle’s and Rays collision center! From the first conversation I had with Mark to the pickup day, I felt confident I had picked the right place. Mark made sure I was kept apprised of what was going on. I thought it was great that he said they are trying to take less vehicles at one time so they can get the ones they’re working on, out the door quicker. He worked with the insurance company, VA Farm Bureau, who was also wonderful! Everything was seemless which I never expect these days. The only hitch was the parts stores cyber attack which did make getting my parts take longer but there was nothing the collision center or my insurance company could do about that!

I had some damage on the outside of my driver side of my wheel and it was repaired within two days Time which was great I thought it would take longer but to my surprise it didn't 😆 plus I was able to pay halves of the total price which again was great for my finances I would highly recommend coming to Mizelle's and rays if you need body work! 💯💯💯💯 Pics- Current pics of After repaired. Shout out to Mizelles & Rays Collision. They did my framework and I’m very pleased with the service and price. You can see for yourself in the before and after pictures. Beach Undercoating asked me who did the framework and I told them Mizelle’s. Beach Undercoating said they will definitely refer customers to Mizelles. If you want a proper wax-based undercoating with rust inhibitors, then get your truck to Beach Undercoating and get a lifetime undercoat on your truck ASAP!
