The shop has a large range of souvernirs. Prices are what you would expect from a tourist attraction. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was crowded, but the till queue moved quickly. They accepted cash and cards.

The store has a good range of Titanic-themed gifts and local souvenirs, including books, clothing, and some nice artisan-made items. It’s easy to access, even without a ticket to the museum, which is convenient. That said, some of the merchandise felt a bit gimmicky — like rubber ducks and teddy bears in captain uniforms — which didn’t really fit the tone of the Titanic’s story. Prices are also on the higher side. Worth a browse if you’re visiting Titanic Belfast, but probably not a must-see on its own.

The Heart of Ocean is a great deal for a souvenir. Don’t expect it to be a luxury piece of jewelry.

I enjoyed a visit to the Titanic Store within the Titanic Museum in Belfast. There is a big choice of souvenirs and memorabilia. The prices are not cheap but most souvenir gifts are slightly more expensive. It was pretty busy the day I was here and everyone wants a souvenir to take home. If you visit the museum you will almost certainly find yourself in the gift shop.

Reliving the titanic making. The gift items are very expensive and overly priced. You can buy the same souvenirs at a better price in the other city stores
