Very clean store and self-serve bath area. Love the automatic soap and conditioner through the hose. Makes it very comfortable and easy to get our pup clean and she likes not being scrubbed
Adopted a beautiful puppy there. The staff was outstanding and very knowledgeable. HIGHLY recommend them for your pet's needs.
Poor customer service. Walked in to make a quick purchase today, this person literally walked away from me at the register & grabbed an iPad to help someone else who came in after. Hollywood Feed (formerly Bark & Purr) down the street is 100% better store on every level. Head down Burnet to Hollywood, after today they will have all of my business!
Our 4-legged kid's favorite store is Tomlinson's. They carry a great variety of treats, snacks, bones, chews, and other cool products just for canines and felines that the other big pet stores don't have. Their prices are also very competitive and even lower on many similar items. The people that work here seem to genuinely love animals and their job. I spent several minutes one day showing two employees pictures of our "kids" at their request. How could I refuse?
Tomlinson’s is great! Only Austin could have grown this incredible a dog & cat food pet supply store of this caliber! Not every person in the city has four pet mouths to feed, but I am delighted my critters can benefit from access to Tomlinson’s. Austin is arguably the most dog and cat friendly city in the Country and even with that in mind Tomlinson’s is better then I thought possible for an independent pet food supply. Amazing staff, enthusiasm, top brands, knowledge, and advocacy for pets, animals, and the people that love them are just some of the reasons I love this store!
