Customer service is 0/10. Called in to ask a quick question and received no help and no interest to answer a simple question. Had a haircut from this place a few years ago but not interested in coming back now. 👎👎

Top Cutts is a great experience and have a wide variety of barbers that can do everything. I’ve personally been getting haircuts from Martin for over two years and he’s been able to give me the exact haircut I want every single time. Great experience and great service!

When I went to get my hair cut, I explained how it would be cut and what to look for, and he responded positively to everything. But when I started cutting my hair, it didn't start as I'd described, and I was suspicious because I always cut my hair the same way, and it never started like that. I showed him the photo on my phone and showed him the video, and he said he understood and told me not to worry. But I saw that you were getting worse, and I had no solution. But I won't go back, and I don't recommend anyone else go there. Don't waste your money and your hair.

Been going to Top Cutts for over 5 years and they never disappoint. Evan, Ray, and everyone are great at what they do and always so personable. They have put a lot of time and effort in making their shop nice and it shows. Always look forward to getting a haircut and seeing the guys!

I've been going to Top Cutts for a few years now. I have often just been someone to "walk in" to a barber shop and get whoever is available. I did that here for years and have been just amazed at how great everyone who works here is. Genuinely not a bad haircut ever! I eventually landed on Kenny though, and I've been seeing him for about a year. He always knows exactly what to do, and is so precise and skilled with scissors and blade. I can't recommend him highly enough! If he's busy though, everyone here is fantastic too!
