Absolutely amazing waiter!!! When i come back im asking for him he was an amazing waiter!! Constantly checking up on us and making sure we were good with the food and the drinks!! He definitely deserves a raise!! He is taking his job seriously but having fun while doing it!! And always smiling, love him as our waiter.
This wasn’t the greatest Top Golf location. I frequent the Loudoun County Top Golf location in Virginia, and compared to that one, the Ft. Worth location seemed much older and run down. The food was not that great either. It was still fun though, and the heaters really really work on a cold night! The service was top notch. That was a plus!
The only reason service is getting 2 stars is because We had an amazing waitress and were genuinely having a great time until management completely ruined it. When we tried to add more time to our bay, she told us she couldn’t for some reason and went to get a manager. The manager came back and said we couldn’t add time because it would “cut into someone else’s reservation”… even though there was a completely EMPTY bay right next to us. Fix your damn reservation system. It is absolutely ridiculous that you think it’s acceptable to move paying customers out of a bay they’re actively using instead of putting the reserved party in the empty bay right beside us. And let’s be honest I guarantee they didn’t reserve that exact bay. To make it even worse, the manager refused to lower the price to what it would cost to simply add time. Instead, he expected us to pay for an entirely new bay at full price rather than just extending our time or using basic common sense. That’s not policy that’s greed and lazy management. Incredible how fast poor management can completely kill what was supposed to be a fun experience. Do better.
This was our first time going so when I walked up to the front desk, I let them know. This is the first time here and the girl was pleasant, but she wasn’t really helpful in explaining how it worked so because my daughter has anxiety, I did ask for a bay that wasn’t too crowded by anybody else, and they did accommodate by providing that However when we were walking past a lot of the bays and we got to our baby, we didn’t notice that a lot of the black outdoor sofa couches were dirty and that threw me off a little bit I mean like you could see crumbs on them from I guess people‘s food and things like that so they might wanna change to a different type of material or print the high that a little bit Our server did a good job at explaining how to put a information in safety protocols and how to pick different games, but Gabe was amazing and explaining what different games were and which ones to start out with as beginners and that made it more comfortable, especially for my daughter. Overall, we had a good time, but honestly, the food was not good. We had the steak nacho with the popper dip and two sodas for like 27 bucks and the nachos were toasted to like a dark brown color and overcooked and I guess they had put some cheese on it, but that was also hardened into overcooked, and I guess they baked the whole thing so the thing was really overcooked. We did not finish That or the dip. The dip doesn’t really have any flavor to it and it’s not spicy so I don’t know why it’s called popping. We even tried to add the jalapeños from the nachos to the dip to see if that would help and it didn’t so the food, considering comparing it to other venues that are kind of similar like you, MainEvent and you know things like that the food was subpar. I live out in Grand Prairie. I look forward to maybe try to give topgolf a second chance there I do like the fact that you can just drive the ball but when I’m comparing it to the cost of going to an actual driving range, there are some pros and cons with that. I feel like the tracker when you play the goal Post game is good because it tells you how far you’re hitting the ball and you know whether it curves and things like that I do like that feedback we can’t get that when we go to a driving range.
This was my first time ever going to this establishment, let alone playing golf. The server was very sweet young lady and the manager was nice. 10 out 10 and will definitely revisit this location again.
