This is more like a food court ramen spot, and overall it felt quite average to me. I’m from Toronto, so my expectations might be influenced by the wider range of Asian food options there. For a quick, filling meal, it’s fine, but it didn’t really stand out.

Authentic ramen spot with great service and atmosphere. The karaage chicken was delicious. The ramen was good, but I believe it was just slightly bland. However, everyone has different palates when it comes to ramen, therefore I would still recommend it as a solid option compared to others in Quebec City!!

This ramen shop is a bit far from the Old Town — you’ll need to take a bus to get there — but it’s totally worth it! The ramen tastes really authentic and the broth isn’t overly salty. The beer was perfectly cold and refreshing, and the fried chicken was surprisingly good! They use chicken breast instead of thigh meat, which was a nice surprise. If you have time to visit, I highly recommend trying their fried chicken — it’s a must!

Vacationing from New Brunswick, solo and had to have some ramen while in Quebec. I will be back here!!! Sat at the counter. Atmosphere was on point. Loved looking up and seeing he inner workings for the business. Miso was buttery and the pork too melted in my mouth. So much so, I had to slow down the chewing to savour it, karaaga chicken was juicy with the spicy mayo and squeeze of lemon as the coup de grace, great pairing. It was a hot summer day and the Sapppro and Yuzu was more than I could have asked for. WORTH EVERY CENT! THANK YOU!!!

Nice little cozy shop. Our family of 7 went there at dinner time. Initially they said may need to split us in 2 tables but in the end gave us one big table. Staff were friendly. I ordered a miso-vege with kale noodles. Fantastic. The vegetables were very fresh. Normally I don't like bamboo shoot in Japanese style, but their bamboo shoot was fresh and the best tasting bamboo shoot I ever ate. My brother who hates vegetables also thought the vegetables tasted really good. I also ordered Umeshu. Best plum wine I drank outside Japan. My family ordered Kara-age (fried chicken). It was juicy and meat was fresh, with not too much starch powder or oil. Some drawback to improve... Need a better queuing system for customer. Initially I was a bit confused where to wait and whether need to inform staff that we would like to dine in when a lot of people was crowding around at the door. Yasai Miso (ramen with meat) a bit on salty side. Also the door was way too heavy to push open 😅
