I love this store. Not just beauty products. Tons of great products and gifts. Super friendly, knowledgeable personnel.
This feels much more like a specialty gift shop with beauty supplies sprinkled throughout. Very pretty store with lots of pretty things. Didn't have much time to peruse the entire store, will be back 😌
Tim is great My hair is extremely long, broken and frayed at the ends.I left there feeling so good and my hair still was long.He did an incredible job.I will always recommend this gentleman always. Sara B
I've been going to Amelia Paz since 1991! She's one of the best hairdressers I've been to. I currently go to her. She listens to me and does my hair the way I want it. Total Beauty Experience is cool. Its a comfortable place and they have a lot of products. Everyone's nice. Ask for Amelia for hair. She does a good job.
I'm a long-time customer and never had an incident until today. I went to make a purchase, and my items came with a decorative carrier. When I got to the register, the salesperson questioned her coworker as to whether my items actually came with the carrier. Neither one was sure, and they proceeded to look for a supervisor the entire time I was standing there. Instead of asking me where I found these items, they just ignored me. While they made no direct accusation towards me, their behavior made me feel as if I was trying to steal something. So, I asked the cashier. Alex, what her coworkers' name was, and she responded pointedly, "Why do you need to know?" At this point, I went from feeling uncomfortable to being angry and annoyed at the entire situation. When the other salesperson returned, I asked what the problem was? She responded dismissively. Before I left, I located the manager and let her know what had just happened. At this point, the manager simply said I'm sorry she made you feel insulted." I stated to her that this salesperson needs to learn where thr products are in the store rather than implying that a customer is trying to steal something. These salespeople/cashiers need additional customer service and inventory training.
