Apparently they only respond to 5 star reviews and don’t appreciate customers complaints or take them seriously enough to respond. Glad I don’t come to this total wine anymore. I understand total wine being open during a busy holiday such as Thanksgiving is extremely accommodating already but if you’re gonna be open and have 3 lanes open with all three having long lines I think your associates should pay attention to the customer their currently checking out while also being efficient and considerate in the time it’s taking with one customer. I was in CHRIS’ lane and I could see he was checking out a older lady who was using rewards and trying to ask him questions but CHRIS is too involved in conversation with the customer who was next in line talking about nonsense, like sports. He’s having to go back and fourth in the transaction and making her repeat herself because he’s too involved in this conversation. After finishing her transaction, he dragged in the next transaction as well with that customer who only had two bottles of wine. The lanes on both sides of me were moving so much faster, but I thought once this guy had left maybe he would speed up but nope, he’s just laughing and making jokes with everyone taking a very long unnecessary time with each person. I ended up moving into another lane and still was out before I would’ve even started my transaction with Chris. I understand building rapport and providing customer service is needed but you can do that while being considerate of everyone else’s time especially on a busy holiday such as Thanksgiving.

Devin was incredibly helpful during my visit today! Although I would like to mention the manger that assisted him in the taste was not welcoming. Good job Devin he kept an amazing attitude! Will be returning because of Devin! (Tasting was at 9:10pm on Friday evening!):)

We had a very different experience at this Total Wine location. They were not knowledgeable at all about ordering kegs. We were told that we could place an order, and if they came in, they came in. However, if we didn't pick them up in time, anyone could take them, which was awful. We ended up placing an order, but they never called us to tell us the kegs were ready. I would not recommend using this location for large orders; they were a huge disappointment. Stick with the west side location.

I would like to have given this place 5 stars, but to have security watching me because I had 8 bottles. He came to the front door and watched me until I paid my $322.79 at the cash register and then he left. That put a bitter taste in my mouth. The young fellow at the register was polite as he could be....... Shame!

Came in this afternoon with a vague idea of what I needed to pick up and the service did not disappoint! I was interested in either unique Rye Whiskey or Bourbons. The descriptions, happy disposition and patient approach were all incredible. I'm sorry I didn't get the guys name that helped me out! He also pointed me towards a bottle of Kings Creek when I was looking for something less fancy too and I look forward to trying it out soon 😊 Thanks again! Very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend asking the friendly staff for help to pick the right tipple for you!
