Great selection, but the store is rather messy. The floor staff is unhelpful, and the checkout process is painfully slow due to overly chatty cashiers. Management needs to step up and streamline operations.

The Grand Reserve system for allocated products is a total waste of time. Don't bother, you'll feel stupid and scammed. Now I know, but hindsight is 20/20. Never go to any Total Wine if you're searching for anything rare or allocated, unless you seek disappointment - that's the only thing on the shelf.
