Scheduled a tow for 12pm. Asked the specifically for 12pm because I had a tight a schedule that day. Driver called me an hour ahead of time to confirm the appointment. 12:00 came around and no driver. He later texted me with a picture saying his ETA was 12:53. I'd recommend saying so ahead of time so your customers aren't waiting around at an agreed up on time that's been confirmed by both parties.

Had a great experience with these folks early this morning. The person answering the phone was friendly, professional, and efficient. Our tow truck driver, Mohammed (sp?), showed up timely and was a big help. I hope we don't need towing in the future but if we do, I'm calling them again.

Can't thank Towing Austin Pros enough for rescuing me on South Congress today! Their driver was super quick to arrive and such a friendly guy - made what could've been a really stressful breakdown so much easier to handle. Fair price and great service. These folks are definitely my go-to towing company in Austin now!
