Had a really smooth experience at this specific Town Fair Tire location. Hugo and Joel were great and made everything easy from the start. They explained my options and helped me get exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and honestly way less stressful than I expected. Appreciate the help from both of them — definitely recommend this spot and I’d come back again.

I called and made an appointment to get my tire plugged on a Friday and was scheduled for 7:45a Saturday. I spoke to Domanique (I believe her name was) she was quick, efficient, thorough and very kind. Joel helped me at the counter the next day. Very matter of fact, clear, concise and made sure I fully understand I had to answer the phone when he called or I would knock my car out of queue. This is not my first rodeo with a tire plug so I was sure that was it. He was also kind enough to let me know that I can bring my car back for an alignment as well. Oh and the cost was unbelievable! $13! I will definitely be back

I got a screw in my tire and it started losing air, so I stopped by Town Fair Tire in Everett for help. Even though they were about to close, the team took me in and took great care of the tire. Everyone was very helpful, and Joel was especially accommodating and professional. I really appreciate their help and excellent service.

My experience with Town Fair Tire started as a complete disaster but ended with me being a customer for life, thanks to their corporate office and the Everett location. I brought my G-Wagon to the Watertown store for tires. Right away, I was promised a call in the morning for a quick "in and out" appointment, but the call never came. When I showed up in the afternoon, they told me it would take "a few hours" because of the car's value, which sounded like nonsense. An hour and a half later, they called me to ask how to remove the rims. I went back and showed them the key for the lug caps, which I had already left on the seat for them. I then discovered they had damaged one of my brand new rims by trying to pry a piece off instead of using the key. At that point, I was done. I told them to stop, load the new tires into my truck, and I left. The next day, I called the Town Fair corporate number. They were incredible. They listened, understood the situation, and immediately paired me up with Dennis at the Everett location. Dennis and his team are absolute professionals. He went above and beyond. Not only did they fix the rim that the Watertown store damaged, but they also got all four new tires mounted and balanced in just a couple of hours, even though they were clearly very busy. They were so committed to making it right that they were even willing to send my truck to a mechanic across the street on their dime if they couldn't get the rim fixed. The Watertown store was a 1-star failure. But the way corporate and the Everett store handled it was 5-star excellence. A company's real test is how they fix a mistake, and they passed with flying colors. The fact they were willing to go the extra mile on their own dime to right the wrong is why nobody can beat Town Fair Tire. I am super grateful to Dennis and the Everett team.
