I recently had my back bumper repaired at this collision center and the experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff was professional, helpful, and very communicative. They explained everything clearly and made the process stress-free. The repair work was FLAWLESS you can’t even tell there was damage. My car was returned clean and looking brand new( they also detailed my car!) . I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. 10/10 experience.

I brought my car in after it was hit and the New England Collision Center team did a beautiful job replacing, repairing, and repainting. Wellington and Lucas were incredibly helpful in assessing the damage, providing an accurate & detailed estimate, and sending updates whenever requested. I know where I’ll return for any future work!
Lucas was a great help with everything during the whole process and the team was fantastic as a whole on my brand new car that got damaged. They got everything done in a timely manner and had good communication as well. If I ever need another fix, I'll definitely make my way over again (but hoping I won't have to)
