This place has really held its own over the years and has a great variety of stores. We explored over the holiday, and had great customer service in Spencer's, Hot Topic, and several other stores. We were excited to see a ToysRUs but it was a sad, sad shell of what it used to be in the 80s and 90s.

They have wide aisles, so people can pass. Plenty of selection, always help around the corner. Helpful staff that seems to enjoy being at work. Place is always clean. Smells good unlike some places. We always end up spending a lot more than expected because they have a very wide variety of products.

Thought there would be more local vendors... the stores that were open i can shop anytime, -- was looking for more local vendors.. was not worth the money. Free nachos,, but drink lines were long and they cost around $8.00

I went to SCHEELS for one item in the Candy store for my wife's Birthday and I could not get what she wanted. There excuse was that two people had called in. You would think for a specialty item there would have been a manager there filling the position. But there was not. And I was not the only person that was asking for items made/Not Made that day. I am sorry but a big thumbs down for me. Only saving grace was my daughter and friend went in on a big bag of candy. Where as for myself and my Mother-in-law we went home empty handed.

I went there with my son's family the grandkids loved the play area. Also the store Sheels was a great deal of fun. It was educational for the grandkids in identifying different kinds of wildlife. All in all an absolute wonderful day at the mall. The kids got to build their own stuffed animal too!
