I had an infestation of palmetto bugs. I contacted Truly Nolen and despite my call during a holiday season, they responded promptly and communicated the science supporting their process and procedures very well. Technicians were pleasant, personable, polite and knowledgeable. It did not see any more palmetto bugs after they left my home.

Today was my lawn service I had nick. He is amazing at his job and took great care of my property. He is very knowledgeable in his line of work and does awsome everytime he comes out. Haven't had a single ant problem since they started the service.

I have had the pleasure of working with Justice out of the Port St Lucie office and he is amazing, very knowledgeable and compassionate! I live out of state and take care of my elderly mother and Justice has been very professional and patient. The work is consistent and the results have been faster than initally discussed. I had an excellent experience with Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control thanks to our technician, Jordan. From the moment he arrived, Jordan was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He performed a detailed inspection of our home and took the time to clearly explain everything he found, along with the services the company would be providing. What stood out most was Jordan’s willingness to answer every question and make sure we truly understood the process. His friendly attitude and genuine care for our home gave us total confidence in choosing Truly Nolen. Many of our neighbors use this company, and after working with Jordan, I can absolutely see why. Wow! Justice was out service provider, he was personable and a hard worker. He took his time explaining and answering our questions, he was so nice we're glad we get to see him again when he comes back. I've seen their cute little mouse cars in town and am so glad I finally tried them out. They were awesome!!! I would most definitely refer my friends and family to them 👍🏼🙌🏼😎
