I engaged Mohamad Sakr for professional services in February 2025 and made an upfront cash payment at his request. I requested a receipt or itemised invoice multiple times, both in writing and verbally, throughout 2025 directly with Mohamad but did not receive one. Despite the lack of documentation for the initial cash payment, I was subsequently asked for further payments by Mohamad. This raised serious concerns for me about billing transparency and record keeping. Clear documentation is essential when working with legal professionals. I hope this feedback encourages proper record keeping and respect for future clients who place trust in lawyers.
