I called this weekend to see if I could get help with my heating as both units were shooting cool air and it was very cold in my home. Juan (the owner) stayed on the phone and walked me through things to try so I didn’t have to have someone come out if I didn’t need it. He was able to show me how to get them working and had so much patience with me. I was so impressed he took that much time knowing I wouldn’t be paying. He genuinely wanted to help. 100% will be going to him for any hvac needs!!

We would like to thank Brandon for helping us out today! He was extremely professional, polite, detailed and informative. I called them around 9:00am and he was at my house by 2:30pm the same day. I had a horrible experience earlier in the day with another contractor that was scheduled through my home warranty. The contractor took the whole housing unit from the attic and told me the earliest he could have it back was Friday, the latest Monday. Didn’t even look at the a/c unit outside. We live in Arizona, that’s insane! Need less to say, we will definitely be using Ufirst Heating & Cooling in the future and will be recommending to anyone that needs their services. Thank you very much for all of your help!

A friend referred me to Juan at UFIRST Heating and Cooling. I received a call back immediately and Juan was out the next day and installing the following day. Very professional and friendly. The unit installed was a fair price and a nice unit. Work was professional. Very efficient team and well run business. They even fixed a problem with my dry cleaner vent and rerouted the tubing when they found it was blowing lent into my attic. I highly recommend this company, not only were they fair priced, very professional, and efficient but they include two years worth of filters and maintenance and comes with a 20 year warranty.

It was a great experience. Juan was on top of everything right from the start until the end. The installation was a breeze. Things get a lot easier when you deal with people who know what they are doing. Told me the installation of the new unit will be the next day and true to his words they arrived early with the new unit and took care of business. No drama or long stories....try them and thank me later....
