I'm rating 5 stars because Jerry was highly responsive. From the time I called to within hours he arrived to my home and assessed the issue and determined the toilet needed to be snaked and the water adjusted. He checked the vent on the roof, the main line and confirmed there were no blockages. The cost of service was very reasonable and $600 cheaper than a quote I received from another plumbing company that offered a service that was not necessary and wouldn't have resolved the issue. I will definitely call Jerry if any future plumbing issues arise. Thank you.

It is hard find people you can trust to do a good job and also not completely take advantage of you. I always look at reviews before we hire professionals, sometimes they don't always match up, with Jerry they 100% do. There is a reason he has a solid 5 star rating, not only is he amazing at what he does he is a wonderful person. My Husband was trying to do what we thought would be an "easy" fix to our outside water hose and it turned into a mess. We had to turn the water off which isn't exactly fun when you have 4 kids that do not understand any of this. I reached out to Jerry yesterday evening to see if he could come today to help us. He came over this morning and fixed it so quickly. He is very professional and his prices are more than fair for the work he does. We can 100% say with confidence we know who our plumber is for all future pluming needs. Thank you again Jerry!

I had a new water pressure valve installed by the owner Jerry. Very skilled in his trade. He was up front with fair pricing. Showed up on time and did a great job. He also at no extra charge checked on my 2 bathroom fixtures and cleaned them. It was a pleasure to find an honest contractor like Pop Plumbing. Highly recommend.
