I ordered a couple items (presale) from their Filipino collab as part of a pre order and was told it would ship in mid November. Its now the second week of December and my emails have not been answered. I was told it was unusual that the email address on the bookstore website was a gmail account when all other email accounts are hawaii.edu. I have called twice for updates and received a different response each time. two weeks ago i was told they were filling orders and it would ship soon. I called two weeks later and was told that they don't have stock and should have some next week to fill the order. What's the point of a pre order if you don't have my product. They had zero problem taking my money and now i may not receive my purchase in time for Christmas, let alone at all. I would not recommend them at all. I am not in the habit of blasting companies online but the reliability cannot go unreported.

They sold me a notebook with crappy paper that bled though like crazy, then argued with me when I tried to return it. They should stock better supplies and update their return policy to be in line with every other retailer. Especially when they service students who have already paid tens of thousands in tuition.

Bought the throwback shirts. Triblend which is nice. Keep the Rainbow Warriors alive!!! Love the throwbacks.

This is our volleyball playing class of 2026's daughters fantasy school. We thought we would check out the campus and pick her up some volleyball tees. I also bought two cokes and we got a free polar bear coke ornament/stuffy.
