GEICO recommended me to go here which I should’ve known because GEICO is terrible. I’ve never had any mechanical problems with my car before going here. Even after the very small accident, I drove my car for three weeks while waiting for an appointment never any issues and now all of a sudden, my car is here for 30 days for a small repair and now I’ve been stuck on the side of the road multiple times. From the day, I pick it up and drove in five minutes away to my house. And multiple times since have I been stuck unacceptable. I don’t know if. My parts were switched out or what the heck was done, but I’m pissed

This is the second repair that Ultimately Collision has done for us. If the need arises we won’t go anywhere else. We got rear ended and the dealership’s preferred repair shop promised a brand new bumper so initially I chose them. However, after dropping off the car, there was no brand new bumper and suddenly they weren’t guaranteeing that they could even fix it. I picked up the car and took it right over to Ultimate Collision where at the initial estimate they told me that the bumper was discontinued and the only option was to repair it. Not only were they honest from the beginning but they did a fantastic job. The bumper looks brand new!

Needed body work due to a minor accident and they handled everything with the other insurance company. They already had the claim info for billing the repairs and setting up the rental car. They even arranged transport for me to enterprise for the rental. I got my car back the same week I dropped it off and it looks like nothing ever happened! Everything was so easy, everyone was polite and very helpful. Made dealing with a stressful situation a lot less stressful!

When a big truck rear ended our Monaco Dynasty in Bakersfield, I looked out the rear view mirror at the wreckage and told my wife "we will never drive this RV again." She was heartbroken. Miraculously, with huge exterior damage,the rig was still functional and we limped it back to Phoenix. I called Freightliner and they said right away.Call Ultimate Collision and RV and Sunny Singh. We drove it over there and he said he could fix it. Insurance quickly totaled the unit , but we bought it back. Some of the major salvage yards in America had no more parts for our 1998 rig.Sunny and his staff started scouring r v salvage yards and came up with enough critical pieces to get it back together again. When we went to pick it up, we were astonished.You couldn't even tell it was ever in an accident.They had the inside cleaned completely and even followed me to a nearby gas station to make sure I had enough fuel. The service and the expertise they provided was beyond belief.And we call it a miracle. Robbie, the fiberglass specialist was an artist.Thanks so much Ultimate for getting our r v back to it us!
