I went last night because it was the only place open! I love trying new places so I was super excited! I made an appointment and then came for an acrylic set - I think the girl that I had must’ve been new or something though because she did make me bleed multiple times and she used the nail drill on my hand a bunch. I always try my best to be polite, but I was holding back to tears the entire time. The only reason I’m leaving a review is just because the amount of times I was bleeding and the amount of times that The tips would fall off my nails and she would have to restart. I felt I shouldn’t have paid at all or at least not the full price. She offered me 10% off next time when I came, but there’s no way I’m going back, just because my hands were hurting and bleeding so much! - I also saw them responding to other people saying that it was AI and they have no record of their appointment, so I included a picture just in case with my confirmation of my appointment. It’s been a day and one of the nails already feels like it’s about to fall off. :( it really sucks because I always enjoy trying to new places and supporting local! I appreciated them offering the 10% off for next time, but I feel like that offer wasn’t enough due to the amount of damage that was done to my Nails and how much I was bleeding. Keep in mind when I came into the appointment, my nails were a normal length. She kept telling me my nails were too thin, but that’s not what caused the blood at all. It was her, not letting the acrylic nail dry in time before trying to cut the tip shorter, which caused it to snap making my finger bleed multiple times! At points too I found myself giving suggestions on her on how to do nails without hurting me. I tried to ask to leave the appointment early because I was worried about getting an infection if they put the nail over the blood, but they wanted to charge me for just putting tips on, so I sat through and held back tears for the rest of the appointment. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else! Thanks for reading ☺️ I feel mean leaving this review it was just so painful. Edit just saw the response! My nails have always been thin since I am a vegan - and I’ve never had an issue at nail salons before for this! The nail that was bleeding the tech wanted to put a fake nail tip over top, so I suggested removing it and cleaning it out if they were going to make me pay either way! I am somewhat concerned I was recorded I’m hoping that it was just on security cameras!! I wasn’t looking to be cruel simply wanted accountability so no one else has the same experience! Everything is fine now, I have antibiotics from the walk in so I am able to leave the nails on! They are cute, just painful and not glued on the best! I will include a photo of them now with antibiotic use! Kindness is important all I wanted was accountability or an apology for the pain I experienced for two hours - I understand we all have off days, it was just a painful experience for me. Thanks for reading again!!!! I was able to keep them looking okay, just painful is all!

i came in for a walkin on a busy saturday night when all the other nail shops were closed, there was a little bit of a wait but i totally didn’t mind! Tianna did my nails and they turned out flawlessly! and she is so friendly! i am definitely going to start booking regular appointments with her ! she is very skilled at her work ! i wish i had tipped more they spent a very long time on my nails ! very pleased with the price i paid ! very clean salon aswell friendly staff my friend got a pedi aswell and it turned out great ! can’t remember the techs name though :(

Thank you for the amazing service ! We stopped in as a family. Mother daughter and dad received pedicures. Our daughter 10 had nail extensions done. AMAZING service and even better nails. if youre near, you NEED to make this your new nail place. all the technicians are sweethearts. my tech (Tiana) laughed with me the whole time, was so patient and made conversation with me 💗 i was the last person there and i'm sooo grateful i was able to get my nails done here. 10/10, absolutely recommend this wonderful spa.

Update: I’ve been going back every month and I love it. Last month Tim did my Halloween nails and I just got these lovely Red ones by Yumi. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with most of the staff and they are phenomenal They are super accommodating and I really recommend giving them a try! They were fantastic!! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but they were patient and I left very happy with the results :) Super friendly And price is good too !!
