PSA: Treatments covered by insurance need a prescription to be properly covered! Instead of emailing me in the several days between booking and appointment time to let me know this, it was the first thing out of their mouths when I arrived. I would have been able to avoid the cancellation fee if notified immediately, but leaving it until the moment of felt intentional. I understand these policies are out of the hands of the staff, but communication could have saved me the money and the embarrassment of showing up just to pay to leave.

I have seen multiple therapists at Urban Massage and everyone is great. Most recently I have been seeing Mike for rapid NFR. It hurts but it works! Reception staff are really friendly. I highly recommend Urban Massage!

Urban massage therapy is located on the corner of Westminster Avenue and Ruby Street in the beautiful Wolsely area of Winnipeg. Came here I’ll see years ago because I had pulled the muscle in my lower back and found it very difficult to walk even a short distance, the massage therapist did an excellent job at helping me with this issue and I was back on my feet in no time. Free street parking is available and they are open in the evenings as well. Great place overall!

First time going to Urban Massage and my experience was great from beginning to end. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and helpful! My appointment was on time and Christian was very professional and thorough with the massage. He definitely knew what he was doing and always made sure by asking, if the pressure was okay. I enjoyed the full hour immensely and will go back ! Full 5 star score for a full 5 star rewarding experience!

All of the staff I have met at Urban Massage Therapy are friendly and professional. I have met with several Massage Therapists there and have had very good experiences! I enjoy deep-pressure Massage and usually see Kendra or Lori - they are both wonderful. It's easier to relax when you trust the people caring for you. I also once had an issue with my insurance and Jenn was very patient and kind while helping me get everything straightened out. Great team!!
