If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been waiting over a year for a single lampshade to be recovered. Every time I spoke to Marty, there was always some excuse, and I was told it would be done “soon.” After over a year, I finally asked him to forget the job and just return the lampshade — and when it was returned, it was dropped off completely the wrong way round. The only reason it even got returned was because I chased it. Really poor experience overall, very disappointing.

As a young girl in university who’s just managed to set herself up in business, I recently found myself in a really stressful situation several of my commercial upholstery items were damaged in transit, and to make matters worse, the manufacturer completely dismissed me. My mum, who has been a loyal and happy customer of Unique Upholstery for years, recommended I speak to them. From the minute I walked in, I was welcomed so warmly by Marty and his son. I explained my situation, and they couldn’t have been more understanding. Their professionalism and genuine care instantly put me at ease. The service truly speaks for itself the quality of the work, the speed of completion, and the fair pricing were all absolutely outstanding. Their 30+ years of experience clearly shows in the high standards they uphold. The craftsmanship was impeccable, and my items looked even better than before the damage. It’s rare to find a business where customer service, skill, and honesty all shine through in equal measure but Unique Upholstery has it all. I can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing commercial or domestic upholstery. I’ll definitely be a customer for life!

Absolutely made up with the outdoor bespoke cushions Unique made for my own personal garden. I was struggling to find anyone capable of delivering what I wanted, but when Kieran came out he filled me with confidence and I knew they’d deliver, and they certainly did! Thank you all! 100% recommended

No words can pay their work enough credit. Amazing company to deal with and the end result is amazing. You won’t be disappointed using them. Kieran is a top man, turned it around super quick and kept in constant communication. Will be using again in the future.
