Store was lovely!

I’m unsure why a boutique store with this low quality of clothing thinks it can price items as such. 298$ for a subpar pair of women’s jeans? Absolutely not. None of the clothes felt like good quality but you’re charged 150$-300$ and then some for utter garbage. I 1000% don’t recommend this place for anyone who wants the quality to fit the price. Go somewhere nicer and make your dollar worth it.

Shopping here feels like finding treasures you didn’t even know you needed. The selection is always stylish and unique, and the staff make you feel right at home. It’s my go-to for gifts or a little self-indulgence.

I absolutely love this store and have purchased around 10 dresses here. My experience has always been wonderful until today. I came in to return one dress I bought in person five days ago, and although I didn’t have the printed receipt with me, I explained that I am a regular customer and that the purchase was linked to my account. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me at first, Sofi, was not very willing to help. She firmly insisted that I needed the physical printed receipt in order to process the return, without offering to look up the purchase or explore other solutions. I understand policies and I also understand that not every employee may know all the procedures — I’ve been in that position myself — but I believe the approach and attitude make a big difference. Thankfully, Abby at the front desk handled the situation with great professionalism. She immediately found the receipt, explained the process clearly, and helped me complete the return with no problem. I don’t like leaving critical reviews, but I hope this feedback helps improve training and customer service for future experiences. Not necessarily for me, since I already knew the policy, but for customers who may not. I still love the brands you carry and look forward to seeing improvements, because the store truly has beautiful pieces.

I should have read their reviews before placing an order with them. I ordered a white cropped blouse from them and when it arrived I emailed them to inform them that they sent me the wrong size. I received no response so I sent them a second email. Finally I got a "text" back asking me to ship it back and requesting me to pay for the return label. I was very firm that I would not pay for their shipping error. They agreed to a full refund. Now that they have the item back they are claiming they did send me the correct size. They are also accusing me of being a liar. Do you really want to deal with a company like this? I will now how to call my bank to dispute this transaction. Such a hassle! Please save yourself and read the other reviews and make an informed decision before choosing to shop with them!

I have shopped at Uniquities for years. Today I was trying on dresses and found a couple of size L ones that fit great. However, for the one I really liked I needed a larger size. I asked the clerk if any of they sell ANY size XL and she said they did not. This is unacceptable. Not only did they lose a sale today, they have lost a longtime customer. To cut out an entire percentage women from your customer base is just plain stupid and disrespectful.
