September 2025- Max fixed my LG washer dryer combo by replacing the main control board. He was professional and efficient. December 2025- the washer dryer broke again, and after some scheduling issues, the company stood by their warranty and sent Max back to look at the LG washer dryer. It wasn’t the main control board this time, but Max fixed the problem quickly anyway. I appreciate the customer service and would recommend United Appliance to others for appliance repair.

I highly recommend United Appliance Repair. The technician was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. United Appliance Repair is definitely a company I would call again ,they came and fixed my washer in an appropriate amount of time and then when our dryer went out we had them again come back. We enjoyed their qUality of work and honesty about what needed fixing, their prices were fair and their employees always pleasant, they show up on time and get the job done and clean up any messes. They are great!

Our washing machine stopped working so we contacted UAR to come out and give us a quote to see what was wrong. With a busy schedule, I asked if they could accommodate it and also give me a call and text updates on when the handyman would arrive. I was pleased to find that they were very open to that. Our handyman that came to our house was very knowledgeable and quick. He was able to find the root cause of the problem in what seemed like less than 10 minutes! He was able to order a new part and came back once it arrived to fix the problem. I would recommend untitled appliance repair and will use them again in the future for any other repair problems.

Although United Appliance Repair could not fix our fridge and our initial interaction with the technician wasn’t the best. They immediately called us to make it right. Based on the turnaround in customer service with care, compassion and empathy I would recommend them for your next appliance repair.
