The owners are amazing, and show up to every class with their own authentic truth. By far the best yoga studio in Jacksonville in my opinion.

I recently attended a yoga retreat at with Lisa and Kevin at Heartwood Retreat Center in Blue Ridge, GA and I have to say it was an amazing experience. Lisa and Kevin McCormick are truly awesome and their passion for yoga shines through in their teaching. The center itself is a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature, providing the perfect environment for connecting with oneself and finding inner peace. The daily yoga practice was challenging yet nourishing and the sound bath was heaven. I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience.
