Experience was good, but too many system glitches. Classes got cancelled without email notifications twice, second time was for hyrox and it wasn't cancelled so I went there and no instructor shown up

Great staff, Kim is an exceptional front desk server always warm and friendly and ready to lend a helping hand. Highly recommended to go perfect with boxing classes.

I joined United about a year ago and it has completely changed my lifestyle. It is easy to be motivated with such a good supportive community. All the coaches are positive, encouraging and patient. Shout out to Geordan, Donny, Irv, Nadine, Kaj, Max and everyone else.

The coaches here are incredible!!! And... nothing else is. Broken machines, overcrowded classes, dirty washrooms, no central air (only a few little machines for heat/air conditioning that are often overworked and thus either broken or malfunctioning). It's a wonder UBC has been open as long as it has considering the state its in.
