Your store is selling items containing tiny black bugs that are causing dogs to fall ill. I returned the treats today to discover that the store is still selling these items to other people, who are also exposing their animals to the same harmful bugs. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be seeking legal advice regarding this matter. I have attached a photo of the items from my home and the store.

I'm usually treated really well at this location. The employee I worked with for this transaction was very nice and accommodating. I enjoy popping in here from time to time to get treats for my dog. The big reusable bag was also a nice bonus.

I walked into this pet store the other day just looking for a new toy for my dog, and ended up spending way longer than planned. They have a pretty nice selection, not huge but enough that you can usually find what you need. The staff was helpful when I asked about healthier treat options, and they pointed me toward a couple brands I hadn’t tried before. Prices seemed normal, maybe a bit higher on a few items but nothing crazy. The place was clean and didn’t have that strong pet-smell some stores get. Overall, it was a good visit and I’d go back if I’m in the area again.

We were looking for a escape proof Cat leash. They have a great selection. For both Cats & Dogs. The two associates that helped were knowledgeable and friendly. One was Mackensie and unfortunately I don't remember the other name. Our purchase was on 09/28/25 @ 2:00 pm. Thank you both for all you do! We will be back because of the excellent customer service we received.

So happy we have a pet store in Mission Hills/Hillcrest. Despite a small footprint, Unleashed has a great selection of products for a variety of animal types. The employees are lovely. And there is ample parking. My dog loves coming here.
