My wife loves her 2017 VW GTI. We bought it brand new, and it has less than 15,000 miles on it—yes, less than 15,000 miles. Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done—and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. It’s not easy to trust someone with a car you care about, especially one in such good mechanical condition, but USA Collision earned that trust. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I came across USA collision from GOOGLE. I own a 2024 Toyota Sienna Platinum and backed into a concrete pillar in a parking garage damaging my driver's door. I met with Hovik who gave me a quote on the vehicle and he also scheduled my vehicle the week after to be repaired. I was quoted about $3600 for the damaged door. I researched the quote and discovered the repair for the door depending on the damage the repair can cost between $1600 to $3600. I knew the damage to my popped back into place and the damage was pretty bad. Hovik told me my vehcile would be ready by Friday. I receive an email from Hovik on a Thursday stating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon inspecting my Sienna which is pearl white in color. I could not see any descripencies and paint on the repair was superb. Hovik provided excellent service. Hovik also introduced me to the owner who very down to earth. Everybody from the young lady answering the phone, who I spoke to a couple times when I had questions, they were very professional and courteous. **If you are looking to get the cheapest price for your repair. This establishment is not going to be a good choice for you. This business is a professional establishment and get what you pay for at USA Collision which is "EXELLENCE"
