I went for a pre purchase vehicle inspection. (I’ve never done one before, but I’m so glad I did) The staff was very friendly and kind. They were able to provide me with a thorough vehicle inspection and saved me thousands of dollars from buying a vehicle that was no good. The price was very reasonable and worth it for the inspection. They were able to catch details that I wasn’t able to, and for that, I am very thankful and happy! I will be back for another inspection soon as I am still on the search for a nice reliable car! Thank you to Jordan and David for your help!
Central Car Care is a quality and honest business. First of all they fixed Power Seat issue that Sanderson Lincoln said was not fixable. While there I asked them to evaluate undercarriage and steering issues I had been having. Working with Robert as my customer contact we worked out a plan to take my older vehicle to new level of safety and drivability. I was able to physically see the challenges we faced while he worked with his suppliers and his maintenance team to get the right parts and installation at a fair price. I am blown away at how well my vehicle drives after the repair by Central Car Care. Robert kept me informed and worked with me on any issues that came up. This was my first experience with central car care and it was excellent. I went for an inspection on my 2009 ford f150 that I have just purchased. I have never had any mechanics take me out in the garage, with the vehicle raised and show and explain everything to me. I felt respected and acknowledged. I was given excellent advise and recommendations, specifically on my tires, as well as an itemized list of future repairs and costs. I have found my new mechanics. Thank you
