Terry was extremely accommodating and kindly brought my installation forward when the weather turned very hot a few weeks ago, which I truly appreciated. The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and when finished explained to me if there had been any issues with my air conditioning unit. I also asked a few question and they were answered very promptly with an explanation that was easy to understand and giving me some very helpful advice. Would recommend this firm.
