I recently had a split air conditioner installed at my place, and the entire experience was handled with a high level of professionalism. The process from quote through to installation was smooth, clear, and well organised. Terry was extremely accommodating and kindly brought my installation forward when the weather turned very hot a few weeks ago, which I truly appreciated. The service was excellent and the pricing was very fair. Kairon completed the installation, and he was outstanding—professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. A perfect installer who took pride in his work. Overall, a fantastic experience with Valley Air Conditioning and Electrical. Businesses like this deserve to be promoted and rewarded by customers with a small token of appreciation, as it goes a long way in recognising their hard work and commitment to quality service. Highly recommended.

After a difficult situation with missing units and miscommunication ahead of a heatwave, I was really impressed with the hard work Duncan and Ezra put in to ensure I had a fully air-conditioned home by the end of the day. They took pride in their work, left my home clean and tidy, and provided clear instructions on what to do if there were any issues. The aftercare and support from management and owners regarding the situation have been greatly appreciated. I've been really impressed with their proactivity and genuine care in ensuring I was looked after.

Valley Air Conditioning were EXCELLENT! Their customer service was outgoing, considerate, and helpful. The expert, Zac, was kind enough to explain what was going on with my broken air conditioner. It really helped to know what to look out for with my model and the condition of the air conditioning unit, to help us prevent future problems and prepare for warranty claims more efficiently. They even managed to schedule an appointment for me on the same day I called! THANK YOU, VALLEY AIR!

I highly recommend Valley Air for the quality and affordability of their products, and their efficient, reliable and timely service. The process was quick and easy. Valley Air Conditioning were really good. The technician arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and when finished explained to me if there had been any issues with my air conditioning unit. I also asked a few question and they were answered very promptly with an explanation that was easy to understand and giving me some very helpful advice. Would recommend this firm.
