I honestly don’t have enough words for the care and kindness Shaylee Dean showed me. I was going through a difficult time, with lots of uncertainty and changeable goals, and she gently walked alongside me through it all. When I thought I might move cities, she even arranged a rental appraisal for my property; not because she had to, but because she genuinely wanted to support me and provide me with options and a back up plan if the move failed. She listened without judgment, reassured me when my thoughts felt scattered, and gave me guidance that was always thoughtful and grounded. The only reason I didn’t list with her was because it ended up being a private sale, but if I had gone ahead, she is the only person I would have trusted. The amazing woman Shaylee Dean is more than just an agent; she’s a compassionate guide, and anyone who has the chance to work with her will be very lucky

I had Paula Ashcroft sell my apartment in Charlestown and she was outstanding. Considering I don't live in Newcastle myself, the professionalism that Paula and Nathan Cole gave me was next level, they kept me up to date throughout the whole process and couldn't have made it more seamless for me. They provided advice that worked, and got me a great result in the end. I've used other agents before and wouldnt go with anyone else now. Couldn't recommend them enough.

We are so grateful to Chasse and Sam and the entire team for assisting us with the sale of our property. This has been a very long process in that we engaged Chasse 5.5 years (unexpectedly) before we were in a position to sell. Not only did Chasse assist us in buying our new home (even though he was not the selling agent and took no commission or fee) he and his team patiently waited while we renovated and moved into that home before selling the home for which he was originally engaged! In this time he, Sam and the whole team have shown us nothing but kindness and wonderful support. They have an excellent database of potential buyers and have great communication with both us and potential buyers. The feedback from every open house was prompt and informative and we felt guided through the whole process. We would wholeheartedly recommend Chasse and Sam and their team for any advice or assistance in buying or selling!
