These guys are great! Very reasonably priced. They don’t try to oversell you, but still keep you informed of all your options. They are all very kind and professional, but Michael in particular is wonderful. We’ve had a lot of plumbing issues and have used a lot of different plumbers and these guys are hands down the best! I won’t be using anyone else.

We used Valley Plumbing and Septic in October 2025 to pump our septic tank. Their representative, Mason came out the same day we called and did a great job. Recently our son had some serious plumbing problems at one of his rental cabins. So we called Valley Plumbing and Septic and they had their representative, Davis out first thing the next morning. He was friendly, knowledgable and very determined to resolve our issue. He checked everything out and quickly located and unclogged the pipe that was causing all the backup. We decided to go ahead and have the tank pumped since it had been over three years since it was done. Mason came out that afternoon and did a great job once again. Other plumbers and septic companies we called had a long waiting list. So if you want fast and reliable service and economic pricing, don't hesitate to call Valley Plumbing and Septic. THEY ARE AMAZING!

Valley Plumbing came out promptly the weekend after Thanksgiving after two other well-known plumbers had told us it would be at least Monday before they could come. They diagnosed the problem and gave us an estimate that was very close to the final amount. We had a blocked sewer line that required hours of work and a lot of equipment to fix, but their workers stayed on it and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely call them first the next time we need a plumber.

Excellent service from start to finish. Logan & Caimon were punctual, professional, did expedient repair and left the area clean. Used an auger to clear clogged toilet that wouldn’t flush even after plunger. Pricing seemed fair and upfront, with no surprises. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable plumbing services. Note, I submitted request for service on their webpage around midnight and was called first thing the next morning and technicians dispatched around 10am. Quick resolution!

Had a very good experience with Valley Plumbing. The service expert (Logan) who came out to check on our gas water heater, was professional and very thorough. We wound up needing a new water heater. He had it installed in a couple of hours, and he answered any and all questions about the process. Again, all in all, a very good experience. Would recommend to others.
